TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Billy Clean Hygiene
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and agreements entered into between Billy Clean Hygiene (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “the Client”). By making a booking, paying a deposit, or allowing our team to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Billy Clean Hygiene provides the following services:
Residential Cleaning Services
Commercial Cleaning Services
Industrial Cleaning Services
The scope of work will be determined based on the information provided by the Client and/or an on-site assessment conducted by the Company.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
2.1 Residential Cleaning Bookings
All residential cleaning bookings require a R500 deposit to secure a booking date.
Booking dates selected by the Client are pre-bookings and remain unconfirmed until the deposit reflects in our account.
Once the deposit is received, the booking is reserved, and a team confirmation will follow.
2.2 Commercial & Industrial Bookings
Commercial and industrial bookings do not require an upfront deposit at booking stage.
One of our team members will contact you to:
Confirm service requirements
Arrange site inspections (if required)
Confirm dates, timelines, and pricing
Services will only commence once written confirmation or a formal agreement is in place.
3. Deposit Policy (Residential Cleaning)
The R500 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
The deposit is paid to secure the booking slot and scheduling of our cleaning team.
Upon arrival at the property, a full assessment will be conducted.
A final quotation will then be provided.
The R500 deposit will be credited toward the final service cost.
If the Client cancels the service for any reason after paying the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Pricing & Quotations
All prices provided prior to service are estimates only.
Final pricing is determined after:
Property inspection
Confirmation of service scope
Assessment of size, condition, and requirements
Any additional services requested on-site may result in additional charges.
Prices are subject to change if information provided by the Client is inaccurate or incomplete.
5. Payments
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial and industrial clients may be invoiced according to agreed payment terms.
Late payments may result in:
Service suspension
Interest charges
Refusal of future bookings
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 Residential Cleaning
Cancellations made after deposit payment will result in loss of deposit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and management approval.
Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit.
6.2 Commercial & Industrial Cleaning
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on preparation, staffing, and equipment allocation.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Ensure safe access to the property or site
Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive items
Inform the Company of any hazards, fragile items, or special conditions
Billy Clean Hygiene shall not be held responsible for damage caused by:
Pre-existing conditions
Poor-quality fittings or fixtures
Items not disclosed as fragile or sensitive
8. Health & Safety
For industrial and certain commercial sites, Clients must disclose all safety requirements.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Additional charges may apply where special PPE, inductions, or compliance measures are required.
9. Liability
Billy Clean Hygiene will exercise reasonable care while performing services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by factors beyond our control
Damage due to faulty or unstable surfaces, fittings, or materials
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service where conditions are unsafe, abusive, or misrepresented
Terminate services if terms are breached
Decline future bookings for repeated cancellations or non-payment
11. Privacy & Information
All client information is handled confidentially and used solely for service delivery, communication, and invoicing purposes.
12. Amendments
Billy Clean Hygiene reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all current and future bookings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
14. Acceptance
By making a booking, paying a deposit, or allowing our team to perform services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
